Cooking Classes
Do you want to eat healthy food but feel overwhelmed by ingredient lists that are 20 items deep with hours of prepping and cooking involved?
We have put our thinking caps on and in collaboration with nutritionists and health coaches we have designed our very first series of cooking classes aimed at taking the fear out of healthy home cooking. Our classes will inspire and motivate you by keeping it simple, fast and fresh. You will learn skills that will improve your eating habits, lower your grocery bill and save you time in the kitchen.
Chef Ben has been teaching people to cook for over 15 years, he shares his wealth of knowledge on technique, flavour matching and tips and tricks learned from his experience in some of Brisbane and Australia’s best restaurants and his passion for healthy whole foods.
Small Classes
Class sizes are capped at six people to ensure you get one-on-one attention to maximise your experience. And the cost is $140 per person.
What you will learn
From a healthy (and budget friendly) shopping list our chef will demonstrate how to create family meals to get you through the week, healthy smoothies, functional food snacks and quick and delicious breakfasts that will give you more energy.
